I have a problem with a Gestetner dsm645,Its showing toner sign despite alot of toner going into the dv unit,so far i have changed the td sensor and the IOB board but the same,any suggestions?

Check the gears on the back of the DV unit. DV gets in them and chews them up. They have a new lower housing to help fix this, same part number.

What is the voltage reading on the TD sensor? Are you sure the correct developer and toner is in the machine? Has the firmware been updated?the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again.
