Ricoh ProC 751 doesn't recognize toner

Hi,

I got this unit and it says no black toner.
I have new, full toner in the machine.

If I remove toner, machine says its not inserted. When put it back it spins supply units and says no toner!
Also switched toner end sensor from cyan to black but same problem.
Any idea?

I actually had this yesterday with magenta it would load the toner and said it was empty, so i just tried a second new bottle and it loaded fine, i chalked it up to bad rfid chip and sent the bottle to the parts dept for return credit.
