SC 878, Restart & SC 870 Address Book Error / Sometimes SD Card Authentication Failed

when i switch on machine power they shows after long time SC878 after that i restart it manually than it shows again Restart error slide on screen when i click on restart than machine starts normally but shows an address book error or SC 870 on left bottom corner.. when i try to update firmware through SD Card .fwu or through WIM .rfu they shows invalid data message. any help?

i have 4 units mp 2550B and MP 4000 they all have same issue

check HDD, if works or not if it's ok you have to replace controller board

Initialize the address book data (SP5-846-050) and the user information(SP5-832-006).
