Mp6001 toner sign

Dear guys,pls help me. After refill toner but toner sign won't missing. What I do is reinstall back toner tube still same.
What should I check?

Toner tube? Are we talking waste toner or new toner.

Sorry,customer replace new toner ,toner sign still sign out

Is bottle turning, is toner hopper sensor and TD sensor plugged in, is hopper driving and adding toner to dev unit, basic stuff to check.
