MPc3502 ghost/blurry trail edge image

This MPc3502 is blurring and giving background on the trail edge of legal paper. Doesn't do it on letter size paper. In the past it has always been a fuser issue. I have replaced the sleeve assembly and pressure roller, cleaned the fuser entrance guide but the problem has not changed. Saw a bulletin stating that it it may be an exit motor. (AX060430)
Just checking to see if anyone has had this and what was the cure.

Had a similar issue years ago, can't remember the model. Solution was to replace the motor.
