going to another office to work on a 3003 that has a color registration problem only seeing the problem when feeding heavy paper through the bypass and looks like black registration is off from other colors and suggestions

Find out the paper weight and make sure they have it correctly set in the driver or when copying -

if i do color registration will work fine on regular paper heavy stock paper within specs through the bypass the black is off with other colors correct paper type and weight selectedComment
