MPC5502 Can not get on web interface page

Hello

I work on Toshiba mainly but the boss bought a Richo MPC5502 as a special order for a customer. I plugged it into the network and when I go to the web interface page I get the message that the page refused to connect. When I check the admin tab it says that the network security mode is custom and when I try and change it I get the message that i do not have permission. Also I tried to login to the admin mode and there is not login button that I can find.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

In order to change security, you have to login as the administrator. In order to login as the administrator, you have to enable administrator authentication in User Tools - System Settings - Administrator Settings.

Try "HTTPS" in the address instead of "HTTP"....sometimes the secure protocol is enabled!
