Please Wait on a brand new MP 7503

Hello Folks,

i have a brand new MP 7503.
After Updating the Cheetah and JAVA Firmware i tried to update the
Maschine FW.
When the first Window shows to select the different FW the Maschine
changed to a black Screen and shows a "Please Wait "which will never stops.

I changed the Controller Board and the HDD,without success.

Any has an Idea ? Maybe the IUP Board '

Hi Folks,

i already changed the Controller Board,the PCB-BICU and the PCB-IOB .

I also checked the Harness between the OP and the BICU,everything looks O.K.

Now i ordered a new OP,which cost a lot.

I can update the Cheetah with the SD Card without any Problems but i still get the
Please Wait on Screen after Startup and after the Blue-Picture.
After that its not possible tp shut down the maschine you need to diconnect the
Power Cable.

Nobody any Ideas ?

is sd card in machine slot or in SOP.

It sounds like the Cheetah panel firmware update failed. Use the package firmware update method to do the lot again.

...package FW Update-Method..?.........I dont now how to do that,i have no conection to the Maschine.

You can get the package from my-ricoh. It's down the bottom of the download page. When it's down, put it in a folder called "package" on a blank SD card and put it in slot 2 on the machine. From there, it will update the machine firmware and the Cheetah panel too.

Hmmm,

thanks for the Tip,but i cant find the link in My Ricoh...................
They are 71 Posts for the MP 7503....

A lot of Firmware Notes.....but no usable Download Link for the Deep Firmware.

So,
the Package-Firmware doesnt fix the Problem.
Finally i changed the OP and after a Factory Reset of the Panel the
update of the Package FW was functionall.

Now its looks good.

Maybe with the old OP,a Factory Reset wil fix the Problem too.

Yes,if the Chettah-update SD is in the Panel.
