Customer's IT sent us over this error below.

Error Type : Print data error.
Error Content : Job has been cancelled.
We have downloaded the latest driver from Ricoh and still get this error. They have other Mac's running 10.11 printing fine to this same copier. Could this be something on the new Mac OS side? User codes are not turned on either. Tech went out and updated firmware as well but still no luck.
