MP161 duplex inverter switch location

Have an mp161 showing constant jam that won't clear
In input mode it shows Duplex Inverter Switch is on
I can't seem to find it in the machine or in the parts manual.
Can someone give me an idea as to location?

Never mind, the fuser gate plate was completely missing

A known fault for this machine. Careful how you put it back in the, actuator flag shaft can snap easy.
