Fax Result Report MP 401SPF

Hello guys, I'm having a problem to set up automatic result report at a MP 401SPF, I changed the SW3 Bit 0 and 5 to 1 (as always do to enable Reports), but report wont come out, if I take the hook of the phone and dial the number, reports wont print, but if I press the hook key on the op panel, and dial the number at machine key board, the result report come out, but the problem is, if someone answer the phone at other side, I have to take the HOOK to ask for fax signal, and I'm back to the first scenario.

Try logging into the webpage then go to configuration, fax, parameters, and check to see if result page is set to print or not.
