[Error Code] Ricoh 2035 Sc990 error first copy has ghost image

Assalam Alykum

1. Machine giving sc990 error after some copies then i restart machine and it gives error again after some copies

2. i have cleaned Ld Unit so far

3. Now when i try to print copies counter machine gives error sc326 and prints a half printed page

4. in normal copies , copies has ghosting effect i am attaching the normal copy and counter list print

Replace the door switches, rebuild the PCU including new developer. If it still throws 326 you'll have to replace the laser unit.

There is a post for this on the same model. Same suggestions as in here with the advice to clean the LD unit and do the laser pitch adjustment procedure. Suggested by TeeBee1234.

Problem Solved

Thank you all guys for your help and sorry for late posting couldn't get time to post solution.

Anyway here what solved the problem

1) I don't know exactly what solved the problem but i thoroughly cleaned the whole drum unit and after i put it back machine is now working fine without any error.

2) sc326 is gone after cleaning ld board laser diode

hope it will help others to locate the problem as well

1 replace developer
2 replace drum unit or drum
3 check hdd program HDSentinel
4 replace or repair ld unit
a) From older versions of copier take off laser diodes
b) Taken diodes should be replaced on LD unit on the copier that is being repaired
c) Configure parameters in service menu
