    Book says this:
    Bank communication error
    1. Malfunction occurs on line
    connection.
    2. Receiving a communication error
    notice from the URAT.
     Defective the bank control board
     Defective the BICU, the IOB
     Bad connection between the
    bank and the main machine
     Defective the bank control

    Can someone tell me what exactly this means?

      The main frame cannot communicate with one (or both) paper tray unit(s). It could be that one of the boards mentioned is defective, connector of a tray unit is damaged or you have tried to install more than 2 tray units.

          Or a connector on one of the boards is unplugged. That bit me in the sitting muscles a couple of times when replacing clutches on older machines.
