    MP C3004 SC504-21

    Its a brand new machine and it already gives error SC504-21
    any ideas? i planned to visit the customer next week so i tought i could ask the opinie of you guys too.

      Some type of problem with paper tray 4.

          Cassette 4 lift problem. Usually a piece of paper in the back of the tray blocking a sensor. Pull the cassette, remove the paper and check for obstruction, then reboot the copier, and see if the problem goes away.

          After that, check tray sensor, bank control board, and lift motor function.

              will visit the customer tomorrow and hope its just a piece of paper...
              otherwise i will drive 3hours for nothing
