Filezilla FTP scanning issue

We have a customer who has been using FTP for years and has had no issues up until a few weeks ago. All of a sudden they are getting a "cannot open data connection" on Filezilla whenever they try and scan now. I've updated system, engine, network support firmware to latest versions.

I don't have much experience with FTP so was hoping someone here might have a few tips. Copier is MPC3503.

Most likely due to a Microsoft update. Check security and firewall settings on the computer(s). If you have not updated Filezilla, do so now.
