Ricoh MP902 - C/Q Blur on lead edge

Hi,

Can anyone help me with a strange Blurring issue on a Ricoh MP9002?

The blur appears mainly at the lead edge, but is intermitten and moves every time. The machine is high volume and in a print room enviroment.

Dev, Drum, Cl blade, brush, Transfer belt and blade, charge unit, Upper and lower fuser rollers, drum drive shaft and bracket have all been replaced.

The following units have been swapped with a different device and the problem is still present:

Complete Drum unit,
Dev unit,
Transfer unit,
Fuser Unit.

Drum drive has been stripped down, cleaned and lubricated.

Any one had this or simular fault, any input would be gladly recieved before I push it out of the window!!

As you have done most of the Unit swapping, I would go for the Power packs, rusty charger connections,bad ger tooth in the Dv or Drum drive.
