Stamps on Savin 2545
The user defined stamp mode is greyed out on the copier. How do you enable it?

You have to scan one in through user tools. Also you need the copier memory upgrade, if I recall. If the entire stamp section is grayed out, you need to reload the stamp to the HDD (like if it's been formatted or replaced). The SP mode escapes me right now.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. Loading programs
I take is that would mean loading up some firmware?

No, you just need to load it to the HDD. It's in the NVRAM or on a pwb somewhere on the machine.
