Hi there, Can anyone help me out and let me have either the firmware for this machine or a link to somewhere I can download it. I am Ricoh trained and had a login until very recently but due to me not working for a dealer anymore it seems that Ricoh have taken their ball home and locked my account. Hee! Hee!! Very childish and shortsighted. Oh! Forgot to say the reason for the request. A customer of ours cannot scan to SMB on Win 7 and 10 so I need to update the firmware. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you.
