Also after the code, it will say fuser not set correctly. I've blown out the encoder on the right back by the drive gear and installed a fuser from a known working machine. This is happening intermittently.
Defective fusing/paper exit motor
Deformed actuator for the fuser rotation sensor
Defective fuser rotation sensor
Broken connection between IH inverter and IOB
Incorrectly set fusing unit
1. Check if the fusing unit is correctly set.
2. Check or replace the actuator for fuser rotation sensor.
3. Replace the fuser rotation sensor.
4. Replace the IH inverter.
5. Check the connection between IH inverter and IOB.

Also make sure ENGINE firmware is version 1.56:08 (D0295117K) or later, as they have fixed an occurence counter in this firmware level.
Exactly, there was a RSB on this code. In one case it ended up being the sensor. Best way to check is swap them around. If one is bad you will get a SC549 I believe.
Good Luck

Swap from another machine or is there another sensor that I don't see?
