wht would casue waste toner bottle easily get full, currently use ricoh mp7500, developer type 24, fuji Drum
every running 30k ...waste toner bottle full...never change and setting

Well, if you must use the Fuji drum, you might need to contact them for any special considerations that drum may require.
I'd guess the drum charge that works well for a Ricoh drum is too low for the Fuji drum, but that is just a guess.
If you are not using Ricoh toner Type 6110D in your machine that may require special considerations too, but that is also just a guess.

I had a mp8001 that started to fill the WTB in 200k after a developer change. I changed developer again and was back to normal. I have been having alot of premature developer failure.

Have you replaced the toner separation case on top of the toner hopper ?

I have another two units mp6500 same toner same brand of drum..but only mp7500..facing waste toner bottle eaaily full.some technician i need to change type 24 to 21..i did but same problem

Yes, the toner separation case is a PM item, when it doesn't do its job all waste toner goes to waste bottle, nothing gets recycled

Two reasons for Waste Toner Bottle filling quickly
1, Wrong type or worn out developer. The toner particles don't bind onto the grains of developer.
2, The developer is badly contaminated with paper dust and that also stops the toner binding to the developer..

...this is the exact reason I hate the Ricoh two part system!...if you don't get everything "just right", it becomes a massive circle jerk!...the more components you have to this system....in this case, two, there could be a failure in either one or the other...it increases the potential for failure...not just with the process, but the mechanical failure of seals, bushings and such (feed units in some machines!)....being more abrasive. On these machines, it's best to use all Ricoh parts & supplies and follow procedure!

On the other hand with the Kyocera's, most of them have a monotoner--developer (iron particles) which are included in with the toner so there is ALWAYS a fresh flow!...In some machines (some of the smaller desktop ones) which we have been able to use third party monotoner in, it will work with the OEM starter cartridge and then fail when the third party toner is installed. In this instance, it simply requires to vacuum out all of the monotoner from the dev unit and refill with a fresh new shot of the 3rd party toner...everything works just fine after that since it re-calibrates correctly!
