Paper stops in fusing unit (also a noise). It looks that fuser rollers doesn;t rotate. I checked gears and rollers in fusing unit and they are ok.
I checked gears in machine that transfer motion to fusing gear and looks ok.
Till now i stucked a piece of paper behind the gears in machine (to force them to move forward ) and allways it worked. This time after few copies it doesn;t work. Any idea?

Hi

There are pins in the right door that, when you close the door, engage the fusing unit. If these are broken off, the fuser will not work.

Sometimes when the press roller gets too soft it won't pass paper

Dear first of all check
1). Is there too much load on drive?
2). Is fusing unit move freely?
3). Check hot roller bearings?
4).Is press roller becomes too much soft?
5).right door properly closed?
6).fusing cancle solinide works?

I found fusing cancle solinide did not engage fusing drive gear properly.

I have found that sometimes on this copier the lower fuser frame plastic that holds the fuser bearing from moving side to side breaks and the fuser bearing move out of place causing a load and causing jams.
