Intermediate Transfer Belt unit. Replace the ITB unit or if you feel like tearing it down, clean or replace the transfer rollers inside the belt unit.

That copy looks like its been through ww3 ! Lower left hand side of the cyan strip is a finger print, not good on the ITB or a drum. Look at the paper transfer roller if its in place and rotating freely, look at the positioning guides of the transfer roller if they are broken.

Call in your local qualified technician.
            also another good idea.

              thanks for all
ITB unit is a very logical reason but I replaced it by a used unite and this do not fix the problem
old ITB unit was clean and uncut

What is the print count on the machine?
For all the world, that looks like worn out PCDUs, diagonal light print defects typically indicate lack of developer material on the developing unit's magnetic roller. But I don't work on that model, so someone else needs to confirm that before you consider my opinion a basis for a worthwhile course of action. Sorry.

Pay for a technician to service the machine.
They'll pick up anything amiss during a General Service.
