Booklet finisher sr3150 jam201 (on mpc3003)

Hi

I have a copier mp c3003 machine with bridge unit and booklet finisher sr3150 with punch unit pu3050 , and i have a generic jam 201
(201 Paper held up at inlet R1-R4) i checked everything and i don't find the problem .
First i suspected the punch unit but when i print without punching i receive the same error (with staples).
The paper stop at the ~punch unit but when i put a paper in the finisher feed part and i rotate the lever the paper goes forward without problem.
Any idea for what to check ? Someone has had this kind of problem?

I've had the actuator arm snap off the back of the junction gate cause this jam.

It was torn (broken)? mine looks good and tested with hand slides well

No, for now i deactivate the finisher and the bridge unit and the customer use the machine temporary without ,
but it is a good idea tomorow i will try to move the punch unit to other working machine .

Thank's for the answers. The problem was the punch unit itself (D7067510).
