Export the address book from the web image monitor, export to SD card, export using SDMA

On the WIM of the old device, login as admin, go to address book management, maintenance, create a back up and save to desktop. on new device, log into WIM as admin, address book manangement, maintenance, then restore backup. browse to your file you saved and import

So, you mean to copy the user addresses to another Ricoh machine
          ooh...
I thought perhaps you mean the ip address...

I'm not so strong in communicating well, you see...

Now I do this, it's easier and less time consuming. You just have to remember to save it to someones desktop BEFORE you load the old machine into the truck

Some smart arse has changed the Admin pasword etc, was trying to back up using the USB port but the machine cant see the stick, its as if it needs to be switched on ?, looked through the settings cant see anything relating to it. Got an old MP C300 here and it works ok with that.

Which machine can't see the stick: The computer, the Ricoh,...?
Can you please make your sentences readable?

Prohibit storage device use will be enabled in admin tools via user tools. you need to login as admin to change that though. try login in as supervisor to reset the admininstrator password

Address backup from SP mode uses the same SD card slot that is used for firmware updates.

As for Admin password, you can logging as supervisor to change admin password.
