Hi, All. This machine has a sc210 and a clearable misfeed indication at startup. I removed and cleaned the encoder strip, no joy. I am not very familiar with this inkjet. Any suggestions on what to do next?

My recommendation would be to replace the encoder strip if it had been reinstalled correctly. Make sure the strip is in the gap so the sensor can read it. You also may try entering SP mode and manually actuating the encoder sensor to see if the state changes. I have a hunch the sensor may be at fault.
