C401 - Copy Quality - Light area on copies

All scanning optics have been cleaned more than once. Prints come out clean.

from ADF or directly on scan glass? If only from the glass, I would say the lid is warped or not seating properly. if ADF,... you got me there.

clean the led array. the one that puts the image on the pcu. its known for throwing toner up on that.
