Aficio MP C2550- set PCU message

have a customer with 2 of these machines with a set PCU message.

replaced with a new PCU (OEM) but doesn't recognize having a new one.

Is that a BICU problem? Only 2 we have run across with that problem and they belong to the same customer. lol

I've not had the message on this model, but in my experience with others, it's usually been the plug connector joining the drum to dev unit not being tight, or worse: rear connector on machine damaged
