MPC4502 Jam at fuser exit with full page photos

I am having a problem with an MPC4502 jamming with the code 19(fuser exit sensor does not detect paper). The problem only happens when you print full page photographs. With anything else it's fine. Any help would be much appreciated.

Perhaps also a solution: increase the erase margin of the leading edge

I found out that the exit sensor wasn't flicked out - it wasn't in the right position. Not sure why it would just jam on full page images, but as soon as I flicked it out again it started working. Thanks for the responses.

Ive had very similar issues with plenty of these machines, 99% caused when printing full colour images.
After re building the fuser - new hot sleeve, pressure roller and blade, I ended up getting a Ricoh specialist out, he told me there is a timing issue on the fuser and to replace the fuser motor P/N: D1444202 and also more importantly to change SP 1801-74 fuser speed low from 0 to +3.0
Also make sure you thoroughly clean the underside of the plastic fuser housing as it builds up excess toner where the paper rubs against it due to the speed issue.

I do this with all of these machines now and seems to be a good fix.

          Good luck
