the menu is only in english and deutch , and i want to add french

You will have to install the language firmware and select the 2 languages you want.

you should go to MY Ricoh and download with the authenticated username and password from Ricoh

For a machine that old, I think that you are going to have to replace the appropriate ROM if it is still available
,which I doubt, No SD slot, no PCMCIA slot.
