I have an SP311 with a fuser code. My problem is I can't find in the manual how to enter service mode. Can someone tell me the procedure or where to find it in the maual?

If it's anything like it's cousins, it's Red, 1, 0, 7, then press Green. Do it slowly and with a little pause between each key press and it should let you in.It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

Thanks TonerMunkeh. I googled it as well and got several options. I decided to let this one go. I worked on Ricohs for a large dealership and then for Ricoh, although it has been some time ago. They bought the machine from someone who resells just about anything. I told them to call Ricoh and have an authorized tech handle it. Its not worth the trouble. I work for a Kyocera dealer. Need to stick with what I do.Comment

If I remember correctly, how to enter SP mode was given in the online training course as it is not in the service manual. It uses the Smart Organizing Monitor.
