[Error Code] Error code sc 702-03

Ricoh MP2501SP experiencing sc 702-03 when document feeder is plugged in. Changed most of the boards and most of the harnass. Still no joy. Machine operates fine otherwise except cannot use the document feeder

If you've done the boards and some harnesses, check the feed and transport motors as well as the pick-up and inverter solenoids. That, or perhaps one of the harnesses you didn't do yet is shorted.
