Ricoh MP C4500 printing with music sheet lines

Good day friends, I have a mp c4500 when printing on the network the images are coming out with music lines evenly over the page, the lines are black, 6 even lines space out a few mm looks like a music sheet. It does not do this when making a copy.
Can anyone assist.

You might try to clear the printer application and reboot with main switch.

Can you provide image? First change the driver.
