MP C3002 on startup sc220-02 otherwise work well.

Hi everybody

I have a MP C3002 that work very well if it is turned on an not loose power, but if i disconect from the power at startup give me sc220-02
If i wait 5 10 minutes after startup the machine working if i don't wait and i want to print i receive the error.
I guess that is to blame the power source but i'm not 100% sure.
Somebody have similar issues?

Hi

According to the Tech bulletin, there is a fault on the laser unit loom.

SC-220, 240 or 270 could occur.

To fix it you need to replace two parts:

Laser unit harness: D1475237
Laser unit: D1471855

So far we have only had one machine do this.

Polarbear are you sure is for MP C3002 ??? The D147 is 3003 machine the MP C3002 don't have this type of harness
(the conectors are located on the main unit on the left part) .

220 -01 D Laser synchronizing detection error: start position [K]: LD1
-02 D Laser synchronizing detection error: start position [C]: LD1
-03 D Laser synchronizing detection error: start position [M]: LD1
-04 D Laser synchronizing detection error: start position [Y]: LD1

The laser synchronizing detection signal for the start position of the LDB [K], [C], [M], [Y] is not output for two seconds after LDB unit turns on while the polygon motor is rotating normally.

• Disconnected cable from the laser synchronizing detection unit or defective connection
• Defective laser synchronizing detector
• Defective LDB
• Defective IPU

1. Check the connectors.
2. Replace the laser-synchronizing detector.
3. Replace the LDB.
4. Replace the IPU.

I already changed the IPU and the full laser unit ( the LDB is on the laser) remain only the connectors but i don't belive in that
and the PSU what is my hunch...
Now i ordered the harness to eliminate the connectors from the list:
D0895236 HARNESS:IMAGE FORMING SECTION:SYNC
D1445239 HARNESS:IPU:SYNC DETECTOR

I will see what happening after.
