    MPC4503 SC240-04

    Hi All
    Ive got an MPC4503 with SC240-04
    Tested so far
    removed Wiring looms checked all wires for damage and continuity all ok
    LD Unit ,IPU Board and PSU removed and fitted to another machine all working ok
    anyone had anything else cause this fault

          Good call but no cigar
          replaced both switches still getting error

              was driving me nuts so went back through all previous steps
              found 1 of the wires in the loom between the ipu and connector for the laser wire loom at fault
              continuity was ok until wire was flexed then it failed
