[Misc] Cannot print from USB to M2852

Purchased Used Ricoh MP 2852 wherein all functions are good except No printing from USB.
Nothing happens when pen drive inserted in both the slots.
In service mode ON BOARD NIC & USB is active.
Performed all memory cleared, Coping-printing- scanning is OK, except USB printing.

Thanks in advance for any help, suggestions.

Sorry to say, I'm not cleared about your question !
Are you trying to print from USB Pen drive or USB Mass storage device ? Or by from USB Printing Cable ?

pretty sure you can not print with the 2 usb on back. have to use usb on op panel.

Not sure, but I think the giveaway is "both slots", which implies that you are putting the jump drive in the slots at the back.

Not to mention how totally impractical it would be to fumble around trying to reach the rear USB ports on a regular basis.

May be your machine's Media card slot is disabled. Please check that settings under "User Tools/Counter" menu.

In service mode ON BOARD NIC & USB is active.

The SP setting for ON BOARD USB is for the single USB port where you connect a computer, not the 2 USB slots where you can connect a USB memory device. Go to USB2.0/SD SLOT TYPE H in the installation portion of your service manual and change the SP settings given there.
