Ricoh SP 410 DN Dead display

    Hello everyone.
    I have a ricoh 410dn printer.
Today you change the display because it stopped working.
After placing the new display and after checking that it worked correctly, I unplugged the printer to move it to its place.
When I turned it on the new display had stopped working in the same way as the previous one.
The display placed was not new. I bought it on ebay, used.
Anyone know what may be happening?
Sorry for my misuse of English.
    regards

If you have not done so yet, check the connectors for the display, they may have become loose during the move. For what it is worth, it has been my personal observation that there is a surprisingly small difference between a properly connected connector and one that is not.

I'd check the display's wiring harness where it is near the frame for worn insulation.
Beyond that I am not sure, I haven't worked on that many of those.
Unless that is not a SP C 410 DN, then I've worked on exactly zero of them.
I've got a few more guesses, but I would like to see if someone else knows more about this than me first before I potentially waste your time with them.
