    I wouldn't waste time on that. I have tried transferring a belt from one sleeve assembly to another on a few occasions and never had any long term success. It is intended to be replaced as a factory assembled unit.

      DON'T do just the sleeve .. the bushings get worn and the other hot /pressure rollers go bad also.. replace the wholes fuser unit

        There's also the matter of needing to install the reset fuse (which comes with the Fixing Film assy kit). If you don't install it, the fuser will code on you after a short time. It's best to order the film assembly and install it.

          Already replace twice. But some advice. You have to change the all the bearing in the heater. It should run smooth.
