Ricoh MPC 2051 print quality issue

Ricoh MPC 2051 is producing prints like the attached image and I was hoping someone might have an idea of repair the machine.

You have to change transfer belt cleaning unit

Or it is not even installed!

Open the left side cover of the machine (2 screws) and check if the cleaning unit is there. It is a black rectangular unit with a white bottle towards the bottom of the unit.

that looks very much like a transfer belt/cleaning assy. best abd easiest way to tell is use one from another machine and try it. if it fixes it yur gonna have to spend a little money for a transfer belt and cleaning as
