Ricoh MP C4500 lines when printing

[CODE][/Sample 20001.jpgCODE]Hello I am having a problem with a Ricoh MP C4500 that is giving these lines when printing on the network or from any computer.
When making a normal copy from the glass or the document feeder there is no lines. I have included some samples.

Back up your address book and reformat the HD, SP 5832. I would reset your printer module in SP 5801-008 if the 5832 does not clear up the issue. Never do 5801-001 or 002. 003 will reset your PM count so keep away from that also.

Thanks for the reply.... I have formatted the hard drive a couple times to no avail. I will try your suggestion and see how it works out.

Looks like a memory dimm issue. You have already ruled out the hdd but it's definitely a memory fault try replacing them

You might have a laser issue, print jobs are at a higher resolution than copy jobs. To test if this is the cause go to Printer SP 1103-2 and print a color test page (this is 1200x600dpi photo default). If it looks flaky like your problem then go to Printer SP 1102-1 and change the resolution to 600x600dpi photo. Now go back to 1103-2 and reprint the test page. If it looks fine then you have a laser issue, if it looks the same then look at the dimms as suggested.
