    MP W3601 LPH REPLACEMENT

    Doc1.pdf

Hello experts, we have replaced a LPH ASSY on a MP W3601 machine. We input all the settings from the new LPH assy to the machine. Adjustments have been done, LPH 2 and LPH 3 is ok but LPH 1 copy quality differs a lot.

Anybody has this issue before. Thank you for your support.

Did you perform SP2952-11 to adjust the position of LPH 1? (LPH 1 is lower than LPH 2 -> set a smaller value.)

If you mean that the quality is poor or fuzzy then I would recheck that the unit is sitting correctly in place.

Yes, we followed the adjustments from the service manual.

Adjust 2943-1 to a higher value (LPH1 density adjustment), or adjust 2943-2 & 3 to a lower value. I see you also mentioned copy quality, so make sure the light blockers are in place and the white plate is clean.
