    [Error Code] Ricoh MPC 3001 Web Image Monitor 403 Forbiden

    HI

    i have a Ricoh MPC 3001 and when i try to access the Web Image Monitor i got a 403 Forbiden error.
    Also nobody can print.

    I tried to reset it with 5-801-011 but nothing changed.

    Please can you help me..?

      Some overzealous IT shut down a bunch of services in a misguided attemt to secure / harden the unit? You might be able to telnet in and turn the services on, assuming that is not disabled too.

      Maybe perform an SCS clear. Don't jump to an all clear.

          SP5828-091 should be set to 1. Setting to 0 will disable web access.
          SP5828-090 can disable TELNET.

          Also check security settings in User Tools. For some government agencies, they set extremely high security and do not lear it when trading in, they just turn off admin authentication so you don't see the setting.
