ricoh mp 4002 ardf not work

ricoh mp 4002 not reqognised ardf .Open the cover shows that the cover is no open ARDF machine behaves as if no ARDF

does not work and the display there is only drawn on the screen is cover .When i open cover on ardf not recognise ardf


is not turned on when you press start copy but when I put in the ARDF document does not recognize the no signal that it has received documents in the ARDF beep itd

check to make sure that the ardf is plugged in. We recently delivered a copier that due to the sensitive nature of the originals they did not want the document feed usable and we just unplugged it from the board.

My bet is the spring loaded flag at the back of the doc feed that trips sensor when df is lowered.

When is ricoh in stand by and display is off i put original in rdf masihinen start warm up display is on but rdf is not start motors and originals movie in Start coping evrithing is stop and wait .I checkef rdf os pluged and sensor ok.Please hellp thanks .@_@
