      Hi there!
      Check the cables beetween the machine & the OP-panel.

          This was happen due to power failure during java update,replace panel and control board -still same

              There are several bulletins on this error code, we had a machine pop this error a few days after install. We replaced the op panel, controller board and op panel cable and the machine didn't recover. Had Ricoh ship the customer a new machine.

                  What i think it could be corrupt data in flash memory of controller,Is There any way to clear that data ?
