[Misc] RICOH MP C4000 No Yellow and Cyan color when printing

Hi All

I need great help for our Machine from anyone can !

Last friday we purchase an used Ricoh Machine but in very good condition. The machine was working fine : printing, scanning, copying and faxing.

I'm an HP old technician and I was looking how to change consomables (Toner, drum, ITB) when it requiert.

so I remove all 4 toner cartridges, Drum and the ITB system.

After, I reinstall all in the machine.

since then, when printing or copying, there is no yellow and cyan color on the sheets printed.

Do I miss something while reinstalling the consumables ?

Any help to solve this problem will be apreciate.

could be that ITB is not making contact with the color drums.
There are 2 (?) levers on the ITB that needs to be in the right position to assure this contact.
And of course you did place these drums in the proper place in the machine?
You did not swap them (by accident)?
