I have a MPC305SPF. When it prints, the paper creases in different locations the length of the paper. It also creases when you do duplex printing. It just recently started doing this. I am an end user but very mechanically inclined, I just don't know where to look to rectify this problem. Can anyone give me some tips where to look? I have a factory service manual for reference. I would also like to know if anyone has the latest firmware update number and how do I find if I have the latest firmware. I found this site Aficio MP C305SP/C305SPF Downloads | Ricoh Global, but am not sure if that is the firmware update page. Can anyone help? Thanks in advance.

Off the top of my head:
- The plastic mylar glued to the transfer roller guide is peeling off
- Toner on the fuser entrance guide
- I believe there was a common possible third thing, but it eludes me at the moment...
Let us know if you ever find out what it is.
