Ricoh MPC 3000 Glass coping problem

Black lines are present when coping on the glass , not present with feeder or printing . Tried cleaning the glass and lamp with no success .20170411101516212_0001.pdf

Hi there!
Looks like a bent scanner-unit. Try to lift the scanner very carefully at the left/front-corner upwards and try another copy.
