Mpc 6501 add toner magenta

Hy guys, i have a Ricoh MPC 6501 with this problem
The machine ask "add toner Magenta" I add, consuming half a bottle and me requires. Add the first bottle, I do not find it, add the second and it works
It's 4 bottle in 15 days
I have replace the nvram of the bcu (tips of Ricoh Italy) and the cnb TONER.
any ideas?

is it actually using the entire toner bag? there are tech pubs on this issue.

Yes, the customer use the entire bag,
i have read all of tech bulletin but i don't have a solutions.
now i try with replace the pump toner magenta

Is the customer doing enough volume to use that toner? I mean, it's gotta be going SOMEWHERE. Is it ending up in the waste bottle? Inside the machine?

Toner is in the bottle, there is a few of magenta dust, but is normal for this sh***t machine
