    Pro C900 with Bk5010

When docked and connected, Pro C900 recognizes bookletmaker, but when I try to print something the is no booklet procesor in destination options. Same bookletmaker is working with Pro1356ex. The firmaware, driver and Fiery system are up to date.

    Thanks...

Are you changing the docked machine in the BK5010? your going from 130 page to 90 page.. That will need to be changed in the service mode of the 5010 right? Also is there a SR5000 in-between them both? maybe the cable from the finisher to the BK5010 needs to be changed also?

We have changed settings in service mode on Bk5010, the booklet maker was working succesfully with that cable on a different Pro C900 couple years ago.

The "booklet processor" you have installed is not the booklet maker. The booklet maker option is BK5010. If it is not available as any install option, try the BK 5000, the BK 5010's predecessor or updater the driver.
