The only things on the CD were the TWAIN driver and Desktop Binder. Both should be available from the Ricoh website, along with SmartDevice Monitor.

Lite versions are great for small business.
Big business can afford to buy PRO versions.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

I have a small office so Lite is good enough.
I will install and try to use it. Hope it easy.

one more question, when I install the Lite, is it come with all driver? Do I need to install driver?

          Thanks all,

Twain is a self installing program.
Desktop binder is a self installing program.
RPCS driver and lanfax driver are user installed.
Install Twain program, then RPCS driver, then lan-fax, then Scanrouter Program.
Last install desktop binder and go through the one time setup and let it find the other drivers.
Tying all the OEM software together with Desktop Binder gives great functionality to the small business owner.
Check the Ricoh website under solutions for scanning with XP SP2.
It shows the way to get past windows firewall.

                  dear Scott Lewis,

                  Tks, I have Scanrouter already.
Because they are clearning the machine now, I should have it tomorrow and I will follow the about instruction.
One more question: Do I need to install PCL 5e or PCL 6? And what is it?

                  Pl. help, tks,

As you mention, I don't need to install them while I follow the about install sequence?

Correct. The print drivers are not related to the scan functions.

With a 2035 Scanrouter is going to be the least of your problems.

You can install the PCL6 anytime you like. Just saying there is no critical order that it must be done.
