[Error Code] Ricoh mpc 3002 SC 220-01 and now 992

Got SC 220-01 on this mpc 3002.
First change polygon-engine and bicu card..
still 220... then IPU board. still 220.
Then change compleat LDB (laser unit).
    still 220-01.
Then I change back to old laser unit.
At the same time I open right cover and put out the fusing-unit.
Start up with the cover open.
    Now SC 992 apper insted.
What ever I do from now I only gor SC 992.
I can go to sp mode...
I try uppgrade firmware, but I can only choice firmware, when I press update button the machine just beep... think the 992 is in the backround.

I have checked the fuse on the PSU.
My next step is new controllerboard.
Any one got an idea what to do next?

SC992 An error undetectable by any other SC code occurred
So, the underneath problem is and stays sc220:

    Laser problem:

    1. Check the connectors.
    2. Replace the laser-synchronizing detector.
    3. Replace the LDB.
    4. Replace the IPU.

I fixed last week a 3002 with the same problem error sc220-03, download the point to point schematic and order the harness for the lasser (or check if it is not out or removed the cable from harness)
i think the part numbers are D0895236 and D1445239 but check yourself
The cable go from the lasser to the IPU connector CN165 and CN160
Also check the ground between the machine and right door it is a green one in the back of the machine,
if the ground cable is cuted you receive also sc 220->240 etc...

a blocked cable is not blocking itself...
Replacing a cable will be no solution unless you had worked on the laser before the code sc220 came up...
And that won't be the case, so, think again.

I have the same issue almost, i also change the IPU the lasser unit and nothing worked until in my case i changed the harness .
I can't tell if this will be also in this case but changing the cable with the harness is cheapper than any controller.
Of course it take some time (my time ~1 hour) you must take out the psu to get out the cable and put the new one from the laser to the IPU

From where you get the part number of the connectors. I could not find it in the part manual of the machine MP C3002?
